Four of our five major projects are located within the highly-rated Ball-Chatham School District. The BCSD, which encompasses portions of Springfield, Chatham and other outlying areas, is consistently ranked among the top districts in the state of Illinois.

Our first major project, Cider Mill, is located in Springfield's District #186. D186 has several excellent schools on the elementary, middle and high school levels. Students who live in Cider Mill would attend Dubois Elementary, Grant Middle School, and Springfield High School.

Springfield Catholic Diocese Parochial Schools
The Catholic Diocese offers a number of area parochial schools for students K-12. West-side Catholic grade schools include St. Agnes, Christ The King, and Blessed Sacrament. The area is served by one of the largest Catholic high schools in downstate Illinois, Sacred Heart-Griffin.
