Architectural Review
In order to maintain a distinctiveness among the residences in Savannah Pointe, all new construction in the subdivision is subject to architectural review. Prior to ground-breaking, we require the following items to be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee:
- A set of complete house plans
- We prefer 1/8 in. scale on 8.5" x 14" paper but will accept the traditional 1/4 in. scale set of plans.
- The Architectural Review Submission Form
- The Plot Plan Submission Form
It will typically take the committee 48-72 hours to approve a new construction.
